Women are a vital part of our community and it is important they have access to better health care facilities , basic education and economic opportunities.
This is why Nesia foundation deals with healthcare for women during pregnancy , child birth , and raising of the family.
We offer Maternal Health Services

Prenatal Care - Women receive atlest 4 check ups and monitor the health of the mother and foetus.
Skilled Birth Attendance - We have doctors , nurses and midwives who have the skills to manage normal deliveriesand recognise the onset of complications.
Emergency Obsteric Care - This is to address the major causes of maternal death which are haemorrhage , Sepsis ,Unsafe Abortion , Hypertensive disorders and obstructed labour.
Postnatal Care - which is six weeks following delivery during thus bleeding , sepsis and hypertensive disorders can occur and new Born's are extremely vulnerable in the immediate aftermath of birth.
The risk of maternal death during pregnancy or childbirth in sub-saharan Africa is 175 times higher than developed countries like the U.S.A ,Britain and others .
Neonatal deaths in developing countries account for 98 % of world wide yearly neonatal deaths.
We place women at the center of the struggle against HIV.
We believe gender equality is fundamental in achieving rights and dignity for all, including people living with HIV and their families and loved ones.
Women and girls tend to be more vulnerable to the structural issues that increase their risk of acquiring HIV, including violence against women, child marriage, educational and employment disparities and commercial sex work. Poorer women in most societies, especially those living with HIV, face combined burdens from discriminatory practices and policies in obtaining education and employment, in accessing livelihoods, assets and information and basic civil participation.
